- Methamphetamine initially exists as a solid before being smoked, transforming into a gas. After cooling, the gas settles on surfaces, reverting to a solid state known as meth residue. This residue poses a risk to occupants. Our decontamination process effectively removes this residue, ensuring your property is safe for occupancy.
After removing all porous contents such as carpets, curtains, and soft materials that cannot be effectively cleaned, we initiate the cleaning process with a prep wash to thoroughly cleanse the building. Following this, we utilize a foaming solution to eliminate any remaining methamphetamine contamination.
3-Step Cleaning Process:
- Abrasion: The application of a foaming solution loosens meth residue, preparing it for removal.
- Soaking: After applying the foaming solution, we allow it to permeate surfaces thoroughly. Even walls previously painted over post-meth use can be cleaned if the foaming solution has adequately penetrated.
- Removal: Once the solution has sufficiently dwelled, meth contamination can be easily rinsed and extracted from surfaces, then disposed of offsite.
